Visiting members of Tatura Lions Club
M.L.C. members where thrilled when 9 members of Tatura Lions Club accepted an invitation to sit in on our usual business meeting, to observe and share idea's of ways in which we can use our resources to the best advantage when assisting our local communities. We thank the Tatura Lions Club for attending and providing their time and expertise.
We would like to thank Margaret Stewart, Toolamba Forest Lions Club, Waverly Lions Club and S.P.C for their generosity in donating a number of vouchers valued at $250 each to be distributed to people adversely affected by the severe drought conditions that are prevailing at the present time. These vouchers to be used at SPC until the value is reached. The kindness and consideration shown by you is very much appreciated once again thank you very much.
Margaret is seen here presenting the vouchers to club president John Sullivan and Membership Chairperson Ken Phillips.
